Colony Preserve at Boynton Beach

Colony Preserve is a community of 143 single family estate homes located on the north west corner of Military Trail and Flavor Pict Road. We are an all ages, family friendly community. We have both one story and two story homes, and homes with two car and three car garages. Our homes are spacious, offering 4 – 6 bedrooms plus loft areas. Many of our homes are lakefront, while others back up to a designated natural preserve area.

We are a gated, guarded community, and we offer a clubhouse with party room and fitness area. We also have a large pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, tot lot, and half-basketball court. Many of these amenities were upgraded in 2024.

Colony Preserve is a neighborhood where neighbors become friends, and community activities are often organized, such as holiday parties and other group events. We have a private Facebook page for residents only as well as a public Facebook page where we post public information.

Our convenient location offers easy access to both the turnpike and 95, as well as downtown Delray, the beaches, and Delray Marketplace. The community is near many top rated public, private, charter, and magnet schools.

Colony Preserve was named as a finalist in the 2016 Florida Communities of Excellence by the Florida Community Association Journal, sponsored by the Florida Community Association Professionals. Colony Preserve is also a proud member of the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations, an organization created to protect, preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life in the West Boynton area. COBWRA works to unify its Member Associations and provide for the exchange and dissemination of information, particularly in the area of growth management.
